Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for capital allocation projects
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and dashboards for C-suite leadership
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Experience in SaaS or technology finance highly desirable
