Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements to streamline reporting and increase data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor ROI on capital projects and initiatives.
- Prepare high-level presentations for Board meetings and executive review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Anaplan.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into a clear narrative.
- Proven track record of managing multi-dimensional projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
