Responsibilities
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Partner with departmental heads to oversee annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Prepare high-level management reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organizational health and project profitability.
- Support capital allocation projects and mergers & acquisitions due diligence.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Advanced experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Anaplan.
- Strong grasp of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into executive insights.
