Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify market trends and investment opportunities

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or financial services
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros development experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (Dodd-Frank, Basel III)
- Proven track record in M&A transaction analysis and valuation
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- FINRA Series 7/63/79/86/87 certifications required
