Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for executive stakeholders
- Develop strategic financial recommendations to optimize capital allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning cycles
- Automate financial workflows using advanced Excel and Power BI solutions
- Present complex financial insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment/finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling and financial reporting tools
- Advanced SQL and Power BI skills for data-driven financial analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification (CPA/CMA) or advanced degree strongly preferred
