Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multi-million dollar portfolios.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to explain performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to optimize operational efficiency and spend.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time dashboards for business monitoring.
- Oversee internal audit compliance and ensure adherence to GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA/CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, private equity, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query) and complex financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders.
