Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, including M&A activities, capital expenditure analysis, and new business ventures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Refine and implement financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide critical financial insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or CFA designation highly preferred.
- 4-7 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
