Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to inform investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes across 5 business units
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Optimize portfolio performance through quantitative risk assessment and scenario modeling
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or CPA certification required
- 5+ years in investment banking or asset management with P&L responsibility
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Excel
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and SQL databases
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
