Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for Board of Directors and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve margins.
- Assist in M&A due diligence and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee the integrity of core financial reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and complex financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar portfolios or budgets.
