Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic planning
- Lead multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting processes with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Design and automate financial reporting dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Support investor relations through pitch deck preparation and Q&A support
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional financial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a top-tier institution
