What you'll do:

Responsibilities
- Construct and maintain sophisticated financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Analyze market trends to inform investment strategies
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations
- Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Optimize capital allocation across portfolio companies
- Develop scenario analyses for economic volatility
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA strongly preferred
- 7+ years in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expertise in advanced Excel modeling (Power Query, VBA)
- Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables)
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes deadlines
- Exceptional communication with technical/non-technical audiences
