Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and variance analysis for key business units
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare board-level financial presentations and strategic reports
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
- Drive process optimization initiatives using financial automation tools and data analytics
- Mentor junior analysts and champion financial best practices across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment banking
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VBA), and PowerPoint
- Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
