Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting for 3 business units
- Drive month-end closing process with 48-hour turnarounds
- Analyze variances against budget and recommend corrective actions
- Develop executive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
- Coordinate annual budget process with department heads
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations and special projects
- Mentor junior analysts and improve team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- CPA or CFA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query)
- SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Financials experience
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
- Demonstrable success in process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
