Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Experience in public accounting or Big Four a plus
