Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and valuation projects for M&A transactions and capital raises
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and variance analyses for executive leadership
- Design and automate financial reporting dashboards using Power BI and Excel VBA
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through executive-level presentations
- Manage cross-functional projects with investment banking and risk management teams
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- CPA or CFA designation required (MBA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Excel/VBA
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects with competing deadlines
