Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop financial models to support M&A transactions and capital allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards and board-level presentations using Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning
- Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting + CPA or CFA required
- 5+ years in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VBA) and Power BI proficiency
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and SAP systems
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
