Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends and inform strategic initiatives
- Develop sophisticated financial models for risk assessment and forecasting
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize capital allocation and investment strategies
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and internal governance policies
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining accuracy in all deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking/investment services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Expert knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional financial transformation projects
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) strongly preferred
