Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses for M&A transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with executive summaries
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actual financial performance
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence and portfolio valuation
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement process improvements in financial reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis or corporate finance at a top-tier firm
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing high-impact financial projects
