Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and investment portfolios
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial forecasting systems with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and risk management frameworks
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining ownership of complex financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or CPA required with 5+ years progressive experience
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in investment analysis with $500M+ portfolio exposure
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for financial data visualization and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- CFA/FRM designation preferred
