Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting processes and resource allocation.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain financial performance against budget and forecasts.
- Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence and valuation modeling.
- Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
