Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis for $2B+ portfolio
- Design and implement advanced financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial processes through automation
- Present findings to executive committee and board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA with 5+ years in investment banking/asset management
- CFA/CPA designation strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Expert-level Excel skills with VBA/macros and Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale data analysis using SQL/Python
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reduction
