Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare board-ready presentations and strategic business reviews.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive benchmarking to inform investment decisions.
- Optimize financial reporting processes to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and valuation analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
