Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and long-term business performance.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with strategic company objectives.
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist in tracking departmental performance against targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform investment opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity within ERP and BI systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
