Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business performance.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor benchmarking to inform executive decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts with high levels of accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to identify revenue growth and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Lead the preparation of high-stakes presentations for board meetings and key stakeholders.
- Analyze variance between actual financial results and projected budgets to ensure organizational health.
- Mentor junior analysts on technical modeling standards and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing complex datasets and distilling them into actionable business strategy.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS reporting standards and financial accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial narratives to non-financial audiences.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA is highly preferred but not required.
