Responsibilities
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.
- Analyze current and past financial data to identify performance trends and provide actionable forecasts.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Prepare comprehensive board-level presentations highlighting performance metrics and market risk assessments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate the profitability of potential M&A targets and new product lines.
- Monitor macroeconomic variables to proactively adjust financial strategies against market volatility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (DCF, LBO, NPV).
- Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Superior analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
