Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation
- Analyze market trends to inform $500M+ investment portfolio strategy
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department heads and board members
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using Power BI and SQL
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Treasury to optimize cash flow across 15+ global entities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking or corporate finance with Big 4 experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps)
- CFA/CPA designation or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx for data visualization
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and IFRS standards
- Proven track record of presenting to executive leadership
- Experience managing cross-functional finance initiatives
