Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to C-suite executives
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional audits ensuring SOX compliance and internal controls
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through variance analysis
- Present findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in FP&A workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis with public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-million dollar budget cycles
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Track record of driving process improvements in finance operations
