Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts.
- Perform deep-dive research on market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is required.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
