Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities
- Develop and maintain rolling 3-year strategic forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with investment teams to quantify risk-adjusted returns
- Design KPI dashboards for executive decision support using Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts while ensuring SOX compliance in all reporting
- Present quarterly performance insights to the Investment Committee
Qualifications
- CPA or CFA designation required (MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years in investment banking or asset management
- Expertise in advanced Excel modeling (Power Query, VBA)
- Proven experience with enterprise ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Deep understanding of IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional finance projects
