Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial statements to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment/finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent communication with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
