Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry trend analysis to inform investment decisions
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to assess risk exposure and portfolio performance
- Lead cross-functional projects on financial restructuring and capital allocation strategies
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA/CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query and VBA expertise
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
