Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital strategies
- Design and implement automation solutions for financial reporting workflows
- Present financial findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SEC reporting and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
