Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives and forecasting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance, providing root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements in financial operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all financial reporting
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel, SAP, and advanced financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
