Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models to support strategic investment decisions.
- Perform variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet performance monthly.
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Partner with departmental heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
- Prepare high-level executive summaries and presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Monitor economic indicators and market trends to provide competitive intelligence.
- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of complex financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
