Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to drive strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and present high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to optimize profitability.
- Maintain and improve internal financial models and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial planning.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
