Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and influence business decisions.
- Present detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
