Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Assist in the development of the annual operating budget and multi-year forecasts.
- Identify trends, variances, and risks in financial data and present recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial stakeholders.
