Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and investment opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Lead due diligence processes for M&A transactions and private equity deals
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
