Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast long-term business performance.
- Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary on monthly financial results for executive management.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling quarterly forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive board-level presentations and investment memorandums.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy in financial reporting, adhering to GAAP standards.
- Support M&A activities, including valuation modeling and due diligence processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA charter preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic narratives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL or BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a significant plus.
