Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for board meetings
- Ensure adherence to SOX compliance and banking regulations (FRB, OCC, FDIC)
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years in financial analysis within banking or fintech
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI visualization expertise
- Deep knowledge of banking regulations (Basel III, Dodd-Frank)
- Strong SQL and financial software proficiency (SAP, Oracle)
- Proven track record of presenting to C-suite executives
