Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for portfolio companies and market analysis
- Perform in-depth valuation analysis using DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for investment committees
- Identify market trends and risks that impact investment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
