Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through variance analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment/finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software
