Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to support M&A and investment opportunities.
- Partner with business unit heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Synthesize large datasets into executive-level dashboards and actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify variance and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee month-end close procedures and ensure rigorous financial compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements for reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong grasp of GAAP and advanced financial accounting principles.
- Demonstrated success in data visualization using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
