Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and investment opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and variance analyses.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to monitor budget adherence and operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth levers.
- Lead the preparation of executive presentations for board meetings and investor relations.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and internal controls.
- Assess capital allocation strategies to maximize shareholder value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced financial statement analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to translate raw data into actionable business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
