Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare high-level management presentations and executive summaries for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
