Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles with accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, mergers, and investments
- Automate financial workflows using advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools to enhance efficiency
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and visualization best practices
