Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and cost controls
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls for financial processes
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct quarterly financial reviews with department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SEC filings and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data
