Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation analysis
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with executive-level presentations
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation, and integration planning
- Optimize financial processes using advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI capabilities
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, Comps)
- Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
