Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational optimization
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models with 95%+ accuracy
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance across all financial reporting
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Streamline financial workflows using advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Mentor junior analysts and champion continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
