Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support capital budgeting and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the investment committee to evaluate potential acquisition targets and asset allocations.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to GAAP and SEC standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the finance department.
- Present complex financial data to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software (Bloomberg Terminal, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certification such as CFA, CMA, or CPA is a significant plus.
